Can you help me find this weird 3d animation I saw on youtube a while back?

So this is a really odd sounding request… but my girlfriend insists that it exists and I want to know whether I should commit her or not. I am looking for a 3D animation of 2 naked guys chasing a girl in an armored car down a highway. It also somehow involves a giant baby head.
should I call the men in the white pajamas?
