Sometimes I am and sometimes I ain’t.

What’s changed in your life? I am content sometimes, more than really happy. I’m not usually a bitch.

No, not at this point in my life. Probably not for the last 5 or 6 months.
The is a complicated question for me to answer at this moment. I am pretty unhappy at the hands of someone read ex-husband who seems hell bent on making me miserable using everything at their disposal, everything, ethical or not and without any thought to the impact it might have on the children we created together. On the other hand I am in love with someone who is no less than my soul mate and the love of my life, I do have a trio of pretty awesome boys, and I am on target to student teach in the fall.
I’m happy. The 33 miners in Chile just got out of that dump. What an inspiration!
I’m happily miserable right now. I have been exhausted for the past week, feel nauseous all day every day for the past 2 weeks, my sinuses are congested, and my ligaments are aching… all because I’m pregnant (which is the only reason I’m happy about feeling this way).
That aside, I’m doing good. We got a stop mail date for my husband the other day, which really reaffirms that this is almost over!

Not with all the crap I’m having to deal with, no. With my hubby and kids? Hell yeah they’re a great family.
But the recent stress is getting to be too damn much. I’m still worried about my daughter, I’d like to nuke the hospital that’s taking advantage of me, I almost went postal on a wanker at the grocery store today, a few important things on my car need to be fixed and I don’t have the money for it, my house is falling apart and I don’t have the money for it, and I just ate my last Butterfinger candy bar. Somebody just shoot me.
Not really, but I’m not as miserable as I could be. I’m right in the middle.

You caught me on a good day. I am feeling fucking fantastic. Yesterday, I would have offered a much different reply. Much lurve to those who aren’t faring as well.
I have my ups and downs, just like everyone, but I am mostly happy.
Statistically, an up should be right around the corner for you. You can’t be a miserable bitch forever, and knowing you, you will be ok soon, my dear, so chin up.

happy happy, joy joy! Yeah, pretty upbeat most of the time. I worry and stuff, but it passes. I just try to go moment by moment. I don’t think I’ve ever really been happier, even though there are stressors.
I had a conversation with a 9 year old the other day who said that he didn’t feel like himself anymore because he wasn’t unhappy. He said that feeling nervous and sad had just become part of his identity. I think sometimes we get stuck, but then things change (if we allow them to)

Oh yea I think I’m a lot happier now then I was a month ago. And it gets better as the days go by.

After two devastating losses in my life, I made a pledge to myself to be happy every single day for the rest of my life, and so far (35 years and going strong) it works.
Today I’m very happy. It’s my birthday :)
Not at this very moment. I’m very sleepy. Happiness will be when I’m laying on my bed already fast asleep. But for some reason I am torturing myself by having to answer one more question or read one more answer. :(

Not at the moment. I have a cold and I am taking a cough medicine for it, but it is not working. I am losing sleep over it. Maybe as the day progress I will feel better.
ummm…most of the time, but the pain has been such an issue the last 6 months. But, in less than 3 weeks, they (my doctor and his staff) are going to cut my pain out and put in a new hip. As a celebration, as soon as possible after the surgery, I’m going dancing…probably a slow version of the Twist!
i’m pretty happy but less content. i’m not a fan of my current situation in all aspects. my cat poops all over my things, i don’t have many friends where i live, and things aren’t perfect with my boyfriend. also my skin is very dry, i hate that. and i’m stupidly self conscious.
but! i am optimistic. i have a new job with awesome people, snuggly cat, and i’m excited about upcoming holidays and going home. and next year i am moving to maine.
im excited about a lot of things and i always have something to look forward to. I’m really lucky, and in general I’m really happy.

Overall I am not happy because I am constantly worried about the future. However, I have moments where I am happy and I try and make sure that I get moments like that everyday.
At the moment, I’m a misery guts.
@BoBo1946 that baby is going to grow up being the one in the room who everyone looks at when they laugh. :) cute though and I really did lol
