How can I move photographs from an iPad to a PC?

Asked by metadog (378points) October 20th, 2010

Hi! My boss just threw his iPad at me and told me to put his photos on to our network so he can play with them. I have a PC laptop running Windows 7. The iPad mounts, but I can’t see any of his pictures. Is there an easy way to access his photos?

Thanks!

Do you have iTunes installed? If so, you should be able to synch with it and then offload the photos. If that doesn’t work, there’s a piece of software you can download that will allow you to see and grab the photos. When I remember the name of it, I’ll send to you.

Install Dropbox on your PC and your MAC. Copy photos / files into your drop box on one computer and they will auto sync on the next computer. You can then move them away to another folder or leave them in the dropbox folder.
