How do I get rid of this annoying page that always pops up my screen?

There is this page called Adult FriendFinder which pops up my screen when am using the compute and sometimes I don’t like using my computer when someone is behind me because they would think that I am a perv and looking at porn or stuff like that.
I don’t know how to get rid of it and I don’t want to tell my parents.
Help?

Try clearing browsing history and cookies, downloading and running some adware and spyware tools. I will also assume you are using internet explorer, so switch to firefox or chrome.

Internet Explorer is full of many holes where pop-ups can come in. Chrome is nice, but Firefox is much more like what you are used to.

Go to Adobe Flash Player settings page and set what can be stored on your computer to “none”. Bookmark the site and periodically go back and clean out what’s there.

This is where the hidden cookies lurk. Cleaning out cookies and your cache aren’t enough. There are flash cookies, too.
