How many Flutheronians (bka Jellies) have you greeted since you entered the Fluther lagoon?
How many Flutheronians (bka Jellies) have you welcomed to Fluther? When I 1st washed into the lagoon I was greeted by @AstroChuck. I have gotten greetings from other sites but it was usually a mod, staff, or some welcoming robot. To get a greeting you didn’t have coming, one made by an actual user who just took it upon themselves to do it made the place seem more fun and inviting. To date I have greeted I figure 145 Jellies (there is no stat button or anything for that…ummmmm) maybe slightly higher because not everyone I welcomed responded to the welcome that they read it. About a dozen have left but many are still here. I am sure those who have 10k and 20k mansions have been a round way longer than I, and have more under their belt. I play it forward the good gesture @AstroChuck done. When was the last time you greeted a Jelly and do you do it often?

I’ve only been here since April, but once I didn’t feel so new, I have greeted many baby jellies. When I first got here I was greeted by 3 flutherites and a moderator (I think); and one fluther reprimand:-)
Whenever I see a new user in the community feed I send them a message welcoming them to Fluther. I have no clue how many times I’ve done that though.
I greet lots, I do not think that it is only the job of staff and mods….. Anytime I answer for a new jelly, if I realize it, I greet them- simple as that. Probaly about 15 or 20 since my short time here. I rememeber what is was like to be new at the last site I was at, so I pay it forward, so to speak….
I send greetings to one or two a week.

I’ve been here for over two years now, and I can’t remember how many I’ve greeted. Too many to remember, but I always try to make sure to do it, if I see a new user. It was done for me, so I want to do it for others, as well.
I greet new-ish people (1000–2000 lurve) if they make a quality post.
I’ve only done it once, but I can’t remember who it was.;)
Sometimes, by PM. I don’t keep track of stuff like that.
I send a PM if I happen to see on listed in the Community Feed, and offer assistance if they have any questions about the site…maybe 25 or more.
@AstroChuck Har har If you only remember doing it once but not to whom, then it was me. You were the 1st person to give me a warm welcome so because of you many other Jellies have gotten a very warm welcome as I played your jesture forward. Now you don’t have to try to remember anymore. ;-)
@Hypocrisy_Central- Nah, I was just kidding. I have no idea how many I’ve welcomed here. Quite a few. But it’s been a little while since the last time.
