How do I print out specific reports using Quickbooks 2002 on an ancient Windows 98 computer?

I hate windows, I never use it, trying to help the folks.

I am specifically trying to print out a line list of my dad’s company’s purchases, that way he can see exactly how much he pays “company X” every year compared to “company Y”

Go to the reports menu, find the report you need, customize it, and print. The best overall report will be the general ledger, but you can find information on payments in the accounts payable section.
