Is uTorrent 2.2 better than 2.0.4?

I’m using utorrent 2.0.4 and notice that a new version 2.2 is available. I’m having no problems now. Should I upgrade?

I actually have 3.0 Alpha. I’m not a big torrent guy, but I haven’t had problems with it yet.
