Can you download your own movies in the ipod touch?

I think the question states his problem. He’s trying to download a movie on his itouch.

Actually, it can be taken in multiple ways. The fact that he said “your own” makes me think that he’s talking about DVDs. If he is, then, yes you can. I recommend using Handbrake to get the video file in an iPod touch compatible format, then dragging it to iTunes and finally, syncing the iPod.
That’s one way to take the question. The fact that he said “in” the iPod touch makes me think that he wants to download movies from the device itself, and the answer is no, you can’t.

It may be a stretch, but it could be interpreted as trying to record movies on you iPod touch. Just throwing it out there to back dpena2009’s statment.

actually, if u jailbrake it first, u can install an app called mxtube, which let’s you download videos from youtube, straight to your iPod touch (not itouch)

I believe so…my father did it once before and it worked!
