For those of you who mulch leaves, do you apply anything to your lawn after mulching?

Asked by DandyDear711 (1512points) November 23rd, 2010

I have never applied anything to my mulched leaves to help break the leaves down. I recently saw an ad by the major residential lawn fertilizer company touting their winter product that helps break down leaves faster/better. Do you apply any products to your mulched leaves on your lawn? Do you see any benefit to using such products?

Nope, it is all natural for me.

I mulch my leaves but I remove them from the lawn. I spread the mulched leave on the ground under the trees, shrugs and garden like beauty bark. Why pay for a product to do what earth worms will do naturally for free?
