How can I utilize Netflix if I don’t live in the US?

Asked by Lost_World (1231points) November 24th, 2010

Well, I live in Ireland and we simply put, we don’t have movie streaming, we don’t even have online DVD rentals, or spotify they only good internet service in europe.

So I figured it was worth a try using a VPN, which is all well and good, but to signup to Netflix I need a US address. I though of using the address of some hotel, but that just seemed a bit illegal. Any ideas?

It probably won’t work anyway. They can tell that you’re out of the country by your IP address.
