On a Mac, how can I convert a multi-page PDF to a series of images?

I have found a way to do it one by one… but this PDF has about 70 pages. Thanks!

Thanks, looks like a decent hack, but I ended up using www.zamzar.com with excellent results and minimum hassle.

Open it, one page at a time, in PhotoShop.

If you don’t have that, export the pages to tiffs or jpgs and crop them
