Any Sugestions on buying a used or refurbished laptop in San Francisco?

i need somthing with a large screen for entertainment, and a good memory and ram…light for traveling preferably, a decent graphics chip,

PC. no Mac attacks

500 is about the most id like to spend but i can pay a little bit more to meet my requirements

any advice and suggestions on where to search and what to look for will be greatly apreciated…. thank you all in advance…namaste’ my friends

My advice would be not to do it, personally. You can get a fairly decent new laptop for 500 dollars and under and you at least have some kind of warranty.

Just get it online. Dealnews.com has stuff all the time. That’s where I got mine.

i totally agree, with a 500 dollar range you can find a lot. Warranties are really good with laptops and as long as your not trying to use graphically intensive things with your systen like 3d rendering or gaming, you can find a good pc with the money

You can always find nice stuff on Craigslist. Just be sure to check out that everything works before buying it and to look up the specs on it to make sure its exactly what you want.

I’ve purchase more than a few laptops from that website.
