What does it mean when a cell phone keeps going to busy signal?

Asked by chelle21689 (7907points) December 2nd, 2010

A lot of people who tried to reach me told me when calling my phone it makes a busy sound. I tried calling my phone and it’d sometimes ring a few times then go to voice mail, go to voice mail, ring normally then voice mail, but MOST times just go to “All circuits are busy” like 90% of the time. I don’t think anythings wrong with my phone cuz I used it last night. I have the Droid HTC HD2 with Tmobile.

What could be wrong? It’s not time to pay the bills yet.

Call Customer Service at TMobile.

Call tmo, they will refresh your network signal…hd2 a horrible phone though..good luck with that.

First I would remove the battery for a few minutes and restart. Then call customer service if that doesn’t work. I have similar issues with Alltel and Blackberry.

Actually, my phone has been having bad signals lately. Sometimes it’ll have signal and sometimes not now :(

Anyone know how long it takes for them to send you out a new phone when you order a new one if you have insurance?

maybe just power it off for a minute or two then turn it on and try again

My insurance says overnight, but may take another day.
