Anyone know why this particular search suggestion is here?

Remember the Why Won’t My Parakeet Eat My Diarrhea? bit? I think it’s happened again…

Go to Google.com and type “why.” The first search suggestion should be Why Is A Raven Like A Writing Desk?

Just thought it was worth bringing this up. I think it has something to do with a book from skimming through the results.

Seems gone now.

I imagine the search suggestions are based on frequency of search, maybe controlled by some other demographic information (e.g. location based on your IP address)... so the rest of us may not see it.

Edgar Allen Poe wrote on both.

the question is rather famous, first posed by the Mad Hatter in Lewis Carroll’s Alices Adventures in Wonderland.

The first suggested search that I get is, “Why is the sky blue?”.
The next two are, “Why did I get married too?”, and then the raven one.

On the Internet, I often find it better not to ask why.
