Who owns the servers Al Qaeda uses for their jihadest Web sites?

Time to time on the news they say a new tape from Osama Bin Laden comes out on a site favored by Jihadest or an Al Qaeda recruiting Web site, but who owns the servers their Web sites run on? Al Qaeda sone have servers of their own I wouldn’t think, and no one from Europe or North America would allow them to use their servers. Who owns these servers and what location are they at?

@coffeenut In all honesty they did not host it knowingly and when they found out they shut it down. But there are Web hosters I am sure know that Al Qaeda is using their servers but they don’t care or even encourage and support it.

All the site I found were not “Al Qaeda” sites… they are disguised to look like regular everyday sites Ie: one was a Real Estate site…. I looked for 2 hours and did’t find anything that looked like a Al Qaeda site….so they may be out there but I can’t confirm it…

I’m sure the NSA knows and they won’t share this knowledge with us. Shutting down these servers won’t accomplish much. Alternatives are available.
