Any Escape the Fate fans that wanna discuss Radke and Craig?

Asked by TrkReznor (704points) December 15th, 2010

Escape the Fate made it big with Ronnie Radke untill he was sent to prison for something he didn’t do. Then they replaced him with that Craig who likes to talk trash about Radke on stage. I think the band should have waited for Radke to come back.

I think they shouldn’t have replaced him in the first place

I agree. Radke not only sounded better but he isn’t quite the asshole that Mabbitt is.

After Mabbitt left Blessthefall, he tried to go back to them and luckily, they didn’t want him back at that point. They got better after he left. The Word Alive, (the only decent thing Mabbitt ever did), gave him the boot after he told them that they couldn’t tour until he had a break from Escape The Fate. After they replaced Mabbit with Telle Smith, they got better just like Blessthefall did. Not to mention, Mabbitt is constantly talking shit about someone. The dude just can’t be content.

Since Dying Is Your Latest Fashion, Escape The Fate has put out nothing but shit. The vocals suck, the music is less than mediocre and the whole demeanor of the band seems to have changed. Omar gave them a darker heavier sound and his leaving hurt them just as much as Radke getting arrested did, in my own opinion. I don’t think there is any way Escape The Fate can pull themselves back into decent musical territory again, at least not with their current line up.

Have you heard any of Radke’s new band’s material? He’s started a new band called Falling In Reverse. Here’s a taste. Not that great in my opinion although, I’m glad to see him still involved in music.

My kids are HUGE Escape the Fate fans, and I always heard them discussing this same thing. I actually have never heard any of their music.

@Randy Exactly dude, that is the same stuff I have been saying since This War Is Ours came out. About the only good thing to happen on that album was the appearence of Josh Todd. I like Falling In Revers, not nearly as good as ETF old stuff but I like it. I just love anything Radke does. Now that Radke is out of prison (finally), I say he should kick that shit-talking Mabbit’s ass and take his band back. Craig performs all of Radke’s songs, all his lyrics, everything. Radke did a lot for that band and it is like Craig just acts like it is his.
