What were they? I’ve heard about this yet.

The magic traded Rashard Lewis for Gilbert Arenas. I think it was a good trade for both clubs. Arenas has a long-time connection with the GM of the Magic that will buy him the good will he had lost in Washington with his gun stunt. Lewis will bring some stability to the young Wizards club.

Got’cha @marinelife ! How was the Suns involved?

Personally, don’t see much help for either team other than the Wizards have a point guard and did not need Arenas. Not sure at Arenas’ age how much he will help the Majic. Both Lewis and Arenas are on the “tail end” of their careers.

ahhh…. The Sun won on that one. Well, depending on 2011 pick!

It’s pretty good for the magic. I’ll stop short of calling it great because now they lack depth and size/skill in the front court (except Howard). But Hedo is a playmaker with great size and shooting ability..Arenas and Richardson are both great scorers/shooters. They need to trade Quentin Richardson for a decent big man. His trade value is still high and I think some teams would be willing to try for him.
