What movie is this from?

I only remember one scene, and I cant figure out what movie it was from. Someone was getting robbed, and the robbers made everyone take off their clothes, so they wouldn’t run after them. However… one guy said he couldn’t take his clothes off because he was not wearing any underwear, and he promised not to follow them out.

I’m sorry, that is all I have to go on. It might have been Walter Mathow or Robert Deniro.

The movie “Inside Man” had a scene where the bank robbers made everyone strip, but I don’t remember a guy without underwear.

@mowens Sorry I don’t know the movie, but I love the way you were attempting to describe it. Sounds like one of those fun games here on Fluther where everybody keeps adding a line to the description.
