How do I set up the time to P.M. on my Nintendo DS XL ?

I set up the time but when I play a game like Brain Age Express, the video game charater says it’s morning or says other phrases such as “It sure is bright and early” even though it’s night time. I tried setting up the time but it just shows hour and minute with nothing shown with a.m and p.m.

I don’t have a DS XL, but I have a DS Lite, and it runs on the 24-hour clock. You’ll need to check to make sure you set it to the correct hour in the 24-hour clock if that’s the case.

For example, 12:00 is noon time, while 00:00 is midnight.
