Is it advisable to set up an e-commerce website from Prostore?

I am intending to set up a online store and I am torn between engaging an agency or getting Prostore to do it. What are the pro and cons?

Good question. Disclaimer first. I am a Yahoo! Small Business Partner building Yahoo! Stores. So I may not enjoy a completely objective viewpoint. That said, I looked up Prostore on a Forum that mainly discusses Yahoo! Store issues, but has a section for questions and suggestions about other Store platforms.
