How can I recover my 'Openstudy' account password?

I have forgotten my Openstudy account password, at ‘openstudy.com’. How can I recover it? I have tried the ‘forgot password’ option on the site, steps to recover password should arrive to my mail, but I don’t receive any such mail, though I get other notification mails like when someone answers my question etc.

You can email their Community Manager, me, and he can take care of it :-) jon.birdsong@openstudy.com

Also, you may want to check your spam folder as well.

Have you ever signed onto OpenStudy on the computer you’re currently using? If so, download LastPass and it can probably recover it for you.

@papayalily I don’t know what you are saying and how to do it? Has it something to do with the browser? I use firefox.
