How can I add topics to my profile?

Unfortunately right now the only way to add a topic to your profile is to hover over a topic (like the ones listed in your question or on other people’s profiles) and click the “add topic” button.

In addition to what Seaofclouds saids, you could try going to www.fluther.com/topics/math/ making sure you type the topic you want where I said math (for some reason there is no general topics page). You are then sent to the page about the topic, which lists off questions with that topic. There is a button which says something like “Add topic”.
