Right now I’m saying yes, as we have 18” and it’s still coming down hard. In July I will probably have a different answer.

I start to be concerned at 18 inches. Other than that, let it snow.

I would have a really hard time living somewhere that didn’t get snow. I’m having a hard enough time dealing with the fact that Toronto gets so much less than my hometown… We didn’t have our first “real” snowfall until about a week or so ago; before that it was just dustings of a centimetre or so. I had a hard time getting into the Christmas spirit because of the lack of snow.

OMG yes in a heartbeat!! I’m a summer baby, I hate cold and all cold things, and we’ve been freezing our butts off this past couple of months so living somewhere where I never saw snow again would be amazing. I seriously wouldn’t miss it, not even a little bit.

I’ve lived in Minnesota my whole life. While I hate the cold (I freeze soooooo much), I think I could only vacation in a place without snow. I know I’d have an issue if my Christmas wasn’t white.

For sure. The first time I saw snow actually falling (as opposed to just on the ground after a drive up a mountain) I was at least 13. The novelty kind of wore off after a while.

Though I dream of living in Europe, so I won’t say anything about how much snow is too much. I’ll just have to get used to it.

Nope, I’d go crazy without it.

Could I?? I would prefer it. Pretty to look at but I don’t want to be near it period. Give me heat.
Any snow is too much

Gladly. I could happily live in a place where winters never get below sixty degrees.

Could I? Of course. Would I? Nah, a little snow every now & then can be lots of fun.

I could, I do, and I probably will continue to do so. As long as the snow is only a few hours away (and that’s the beauty of California)...

We are being snowed under this week, shovelling gets old fast. I’d love to live where winter is only a couple of months long.

Nope, I definitely need snow. We don’t get much some years here in Seattle, if any, but what little we do get makes me so happy. The years here where none falls, I can still take a short drive into the cascades and frolic there.

Last night we got three inches…woohoo! Had some wine and then went for a walk.

I wish I did.

I can cope with the snow we get here (South England), usually we get heavy snow once or twice a year and it’s fun because it doesn’t happen all the time. However, I could quite happily live somewhere that didn’t get snow.

I did for many years… which is why nowadays when there’s the most minute prediction of snowflake activity I go ga-ga.

As a young adult I got to live in New England for some spectacular blizzards… unforgettable!

For me, there’s nothing like the sound of snow crunching under my boots, and walking around hand-in-hand with someone I love and watching the world around me come to a grinding halt… snow tends to force the world around us to slow down… and it’s so peaceful and full of merriment if you take the time out to enjoy it.
