Software for Sankey diagrams (Spaghetti charts) on a mac?

I want to make a slick looking material flow diagram – a Sankey Diagram to be precise. Anyone know of software (free??) that can do this well on a mac?

You might be able to do this kind of thing with OmniGraffle, but it’s not free. In general, quality software takes time, money and resources to produce and therefore isn’t free.
