Which is better Disney World or Disneyland, and why?

I am planning to take my family to either Disneyland or Disney World this summer, but I can’t seem to decide which the kids would like better. My children are 7 and 5 respectively. We’ve been to Disneyland a few times already, and the kids say they want to go back there again, but my s/o and I are wondering if they’d love Disney World more. What do you think?
