What is the best website you have found to book flights for cheapest?

Asked by Baddreamer27 (710points) January 29th, 2011

We are flying home in May from Sicily to PA to be married. Im looking for a website with the best priced flights. I usually go with Cheapoair, but I waited on my tickets and now they have gone up so Im doing some searching around. Any suggestions? Or would you like to donate to my get us home fund? (just kidding about that)

Kayak covers them all. Including American Airlines
Some airlines may require USA based Credit Card ! !

I find that going directly to the airline is cheapest. For my most recent European flight, I used the services of AAA.

Really you have to shop around, although in my experience Expedia isn’t as cheap as it used to be. I tend to find that if you shop around a few places including Kayak and Travelocity you can do ok. There are other sites like Cheaptickets or Flights24, but honestly there is generally no huge difference unless you find a sale going on.
