Is the movie 127 hours good?

I havent seen it yet, really want to, but it got amazing reviews

I’ve seen it and I thought it was great. It was by the man who did Slumdog Millionaire another excellent film. Well worth going to see and gripping from start to finish though a little gruesome at one point.

I was pretty bored through the whole thing, even when he was cutting off his own damn arm. Also, I didn’t care for some of the director’s style choices, and there wasn’t really enough backstory to make me give a crap about the guy as a character. James Franco was really good, though. I do have to admit that much.

@MacBean I’d kinda have to agree with you half way….. but theres only so much you can do with a story like that right? but yea it was more like a documentary than movie. I’m still glad I saw it.its one of those movies you only watch once though

I love Franco in any form.

I’ve heard only good things about it.
