AT&T cell phone users, can u send picture messages to a cell phone in Mexico?

I tried, but I get charged the message and my sister never get it!! How do you write the numbers, do I have to activate them.,

You have to enable international calling by Calling AT&T First.

Then you’d have to message by using 011–52-1—(citycode-localnumber).

The charge is considerably more per text and will not be covered by your texting plan if you have it. It’s at least 50 cents per message.
