Can someone tell me the name of this football movie?

We were in church today and they were showing clips from a football movie, it wasn’t too much of a popular one but I want to look it up and I don’t remember the name, the coach is named coach taylor, their color is red, it might have giants in it, I don’t know. I don’t know if its very old, it looked fairly new. I don’t remember but I want to know, if anyone knows please tell me :D Oh and there was a kid who had to kick a 50 yard goal and his dad stood up from his wheelchair, and some guy made it all the way across to the end zone with a kid on his back because he was blindfolded.
