When is the windy season in San Diego?

It’s been kinda windy the last week or so, and we’ve even had some rain the past few days. I’m not sure if there actually is a “windy season” though. But, I’m not a weatherman.

Edit: oh yeah, forgot about them Santa Anas.

Santa Ana winds always start up in the fall. That goes for most of SoCal though, not just San Diego.

Generally, the Santa Anas start in late fall and go through the winter. Some years are much windier than others.
