What do YOU think about the internet?
The internet is a crazy place. We depend on it so much these days, and so much happens over the internet. Business, security, friendship, lifestyle, entertainment, etc. When you think about how powerful it has gotten, it’s a little scary. What do you think?

I lost my Internet connection last night at my house, and I thought I would suffocate without it. It was horrific.
it’s starting to be better than TV. Ok it probably IS better.
Internet is primarily everything. On internet, you can play games, talk to friends on facebook, blog, chat, email, etc. Today in our society, we can even use computers for education, business managment, and a bunch of other stuff.
IMO 90% of the power and energy used on the internet is a colossal waste of time. Just watch the answers here and see how dependent people have become on something that had little to no bearing on their lives even 5 years ago, <raises hand…guilty as charged>

Internet is everything, true its a waste of time, but people don’t choose to be dependant, they need to be dependant!!

I agree with him, internet is everything but, some people in te world don’t even have computers, so what are they doing, of course using books and other resources. Internet, in my opinion isn’t everything.
It helped me get a proper diagnosis for my son and my husband. Without the Internet, I wouldn’t have had a clue how to get either of them the services they need.
I think teh internet is a pretty cool guy. Eh has porn and doesn’t afraid of anything.
If I didn’t have the internet, I would be one bored person.
The internet was given to help prepare us for further technology.The technology that is coming will be so amazing it will be hard to comprehend it.

I think it’s pretty spiffy. Except I’m pretty backwater and don’t actually do much online, nor do I benefit from all that you can do on it. I hate Facebook, I just go on forums, read stuff, and watch movies sometimes. Still, that’s all pretty cool.
