Know of a good organizational assessment tool for non-profits?

Asked by mightylime (8points) May 17th, 2007
I work with Energy Action Coalition. We are working on improving out strategy for a joint campaign of 30+ organizations in our coalition. We are a U.S. and Canada-wide coalition of organizations that work with youth and students on clean energy and climate activism, mostly on college campuses. I am looking for an easy to use software/online tool to assess the resources in our coalition. Any suggestions?

Survey monkey is a good online tool to get feedback from people through surveys that you custom for your work. I think you have to pay a fee to sign up, but it's minimal and then you can use it as much as you want.

techsoup.com is a great place for non-profits to shop for donated software/software licenses. I’m not sure if they have what you are looking for, but someone there might be able to point you in the right direction.

some of the software there is free to download, but most have a very small administrative fee that you have to pay to get the software.
