Has anyone else noticed the tiny greyed-out symbols that sometimes appear in front of the "remove/not interested" for new Qs?

I was delightfully surprised to see the little pencil means that someone is presently composing an answer to the Q. Nice touch, Fluther folks. When did it first appear and who do we thank?
