Titles are not copyrightable, so no.

Nope. And there’s nothing against a band using a film title as their name. Or naming themselves after a character in a book or a film. Or naming their album after a film, book, or character.

Two of Queen’s albums were named after Marx Bros. movies, and I don’t recall any hassle about it.
