Is there any method to track admin login records?

Not by default and I wasn’t able to find an existing extension for it.

There are a number of good developers that frequent the magento forums though and someone could probably write it for you without too much trouble.

You might also post something there and see if others are interested and willing to split the costs with you.

THe security log should show what accounts log in and when, it just is in with a bunch of other data.
