What are some really good, disturbing, or terrifying movies ?

I’ve been on a horror movie marathon, and I want to know what are some really good, deep, or strange movies out there ? I just finished watching Irreversible and it was amazing. Does anyone recommend anymore movies ? I want to watch something really thought provoking, scary, or weird. But I don’t want to watch a bad movie. Any suggestions ?
