What happens when taking the abortion pill?

Can anyone tell me the exact side effects? Like right after you take the pill up to the point where the abortion is complete. The pain level if there is vommiting how big are the clots really? And after it is done, in the future do you gain weight? Are there any side effects after? I’m 5’3 and 113 pounds. Can anyone help me please.
