Why does my stomach keep making noises?

Everyday around 12 pm, my stomach makes these weird growling noises similar to the ones it makes when you’re hungry. But I know it can’t be hungriness, because it happens even if I’ve just eaten. It’s embarrassing because its extremely loud and people can hear it.
Another thing, this started at the beginning of March.
Any ideas on what it is?
