Going to show my kids Star Wars for the first time. In what order should I show it?

Should I show the movies in the order they were made, with Episode IV first, or should I show them chronologically, with Episode I first? Please give a rationale for your preference.
My kids are eight years old, so if Episode I is too intense, I could wait to start all of this until they’re ten years old.
