People who live in northeast Kansas: Where is a fencing class that is reasonably close to Junction City?

Asked by Mischiv (40points) April 28th, 2011

I’m looking for a place where I can learn to fence because it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. I already know there’s a class at K-State and if there are no other options and I absolutely must wait until college, then so be it. But I’d like to learn sooner rather than later. I’m in high school, by the way, if that makes any difference.

A lot of times classes like that are open to non-students as well. If it’s a club or extracurricular, they usually have a separate fee that is a bit higher than that for University students. I’m not sure how it is at K-State though. My sister will be attending there next year, by the way!

I don’t live there now, but, yeah, I’d guess that Manhattan is your best bet.
