Xbox 360 with falcon chip?

does anyone have an xbox 360 elite with the falcon chip? does the chip make a significant difference?

i don’t even know what a falcon chip is but i have the elite

Less heat is always good, i read up on it, i don’t own one, but anything that runs cooler will definitely last longer and preform a lot better. So i guess we will have to wait and see till they do some benchmarks against the two.

The elite with the Falcon chip has been out for a little bit now, (since December) in the elite. This chip does significantly reduce heat which in turn causes less problems. Microsoft also quietly started putting more efficient heat sinks on top of the CPU which also cools the CPU better. There are various ways to find out if you have a Falcon 360…
