How would I cite this part of a poem in MLA format?

I’m quoting part of a poem in an English paper. In this particular passage I’m quoting parts of it in one sentence (from Coleridge’s “Frost at Midnight”):

As the narrator continues to remember his past, he looks over to his own child, only a baby sleeping a cradle by his side, and with “tender gladness,” hopes for him that he too “shalt wander like a breeze/ by lakes and sandy shores, beneath the clouds,” calling nature his “Great universal teacher.”

Right now I don’t know if I need to cite the individual lines I used or the general lines from the beginning to the end of what I quoted.

should I put:
(line 50, 55–59, 64)
or
(line 50–64)
or.. something else?
