Please help identify this artist?

I recently bought a pair of paitings and want some help identifying the artist. One is a sailing ship with the sail down and a man in a row boat going away from it. The painting is signed Stanley.
The other is a pair of siamese cats and the artist is B Hoffman I believe.

Looks like Heyman to me, not Hoffman. The pencil signature looks like “Bennie.” The omega symbol would mean “Forever, Bennie” Perhaps this is a painting by Benjamin Heyman, who is a curator at the Met, from when he was young?

The cats painting looks like it says B. Hoffman to me and there is an artist called Frank B. Hoffman (not sure if it’s the right guy) and the other name looks like it could say Bonnie.

I also found an article that lists an artist called Bonnie Hoffman.

And I just found another painting by Stanley on this site called fineartsshop.com, but it doesn’t list the artist’s first name. You can probably contact the site and get more info. The painting is about the 6th one down on this list on this page.
