How to completely remove this AOL Dialer?

Suddenly, I have this AOL Dialer icon on the bottom of my tray on my computer. Is it some sort of malware?

I have no idea how it got there and I don’t have AOL and don’t use it in any way, shape or form, so I’m confused as to why I have it.

There’s no option to exit the icon when I click on it nor is it available from my uninstall programs.

A little help please!
