Football Manager 2010 not working or installing any help?

I have got Football Manager 2010 for PC and it is not working. I installed it first time round and it worked and it was fine until I closed it and tried to re open it, since that the game will not start or run. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
I have tried uninstalling and re installing and the programme, it started to install then it said there has been errors in the install and to check the log but I do not know where that is. Any help is appreciated.

I am not sure if this is a downloaded game or one off a disc, but you can go here http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/224461-Football-Manager-2010-Installation-Error-Football-Manager-Has-Stopped-Working-Error to get some resources or try this download link. Since they now have Football Manager 2011 support for the 10 might dry up quick. Good luck.
