How can you find out what version LCD screen your Blackberry is?

Hi, I have a Blackberry Curve 8520 version 2 phone. Recently my screen has cracked, I am looking to buy a LCD screen + repair kit online but there is two differnt kinds of screen 005/004gsm and 007/111. Can anybody tell me how to find out which screen my phone needs. If you need any other details about the phone just ask in the question. By the way it was bought in the UK if that makes any difference. Any help is appreciated.
