Does "the true story behind the exorcism of anneliese michel rose" freak you out?

I’m not sure if it’s fake or not. From what I’ve heard, she has a mental disorder.
Search the video on youtube if you haven’t seen it yet. I’m going to it again.
I come across the video whenever I search something music related like: sountrack, music, song. I’m assuming the person who uploaded it wanted to scare people so they overused the tags. Every time I see it, I keep myself up for hours.
