Mash it on your fingers and only a small amount until you know its allergies.

Slow as you go.

Do not give a whole piece for fear of choking and stay with baby the whole time.

Laughing cow is a softer cheese so you could spread it on a hard cracker or teething bisket to naw on as long as you know your baby isn’t allergic to milk. I wouldn’t just give them the cheese for fear of choking at this age since they aren’t that great at chewing yet and my choke if swallows to big a piece. Like any newly introduced food to a baby you want to make sure you only introduce 1 new food per week to allow allergies to show.

Good suggestions above. The biggest things are choking hazards. Sometimes thick creamy things can be dangerous if they kind of stick to the roof of the mouth or throat, because they cannot be moved out easily if it does get stuck in the throat. For instance peanut butter cannot be moved out with the heimlick maneuver like a piece of hot dog.

Also, infants should never be given honey. The bacterias can be very dangerous for them.

It’s okay if one looks after him.

No. It shouldn’t be an issue. As long as the baby doesn’t have an allergy to dairy. Just mash it up so the baby won’t choke on it. It should be okay.

Giving your nine month old cheese is fine. Just watch that they don’t get constipated. How many teeth does baby have?
