What country do you live in? That might help us narrow down some suggestions.

If you are in the US, you might consider looking at Talbots Petites, either in a store or online. They aren’t cheap, but they are well-made. I’ve purchased several work suits from them that are androgynous, if that is still what you are looking for.

Do the folks in your office know that you are a male? Are you in the midst of “living as a woman” in preparation for a sex change surgery? Let us know a little more about your life-style so we can give you some better ideas (and help to keep you safe).

If your co-workers think you are a female, but you are not actually getting a sex change from male to female, you might be setting yourself up for some trouble. If you are actively living your life like a female, for the purpose of getting a sex change operation, you should probably discuss that fact with the Human Resources officer, because if you don’t and you start using the opposite restroom facilities there could be problems (also, if you were to get injured or get sick and need medical assistance, it might be necessary for HR to know that you are currently a male).

Or, on the other hand, if everybody knows that you are a guy, but prefer to wear more feminine or unisex styles of suits, let us know that and we can better advise you. : )

@Pied_Pfeffer Rather keep my country to myself at this stage. Those suits looked good.
@Pele I bought something similar.

Would heels look better?

I don’t think heels make much difference. It is all about the trouser length. I once bought a suit where the trousers were too long that I had to wear heels. Since most of the clothes I buy are in the petite section, the trousers are shorter, and I can get away with shorter heels or flats.
