How common/rare is this? (NSFW)

Alright, very NSFW question here…

I have the… errr… “ability” to ejaculate twice while maintaining the same erection, each time with approximately the same volume of output. Basically The first is the same as usual, my erection starts to go a bit flaccid, anywhere from a quarter as much to half, then, back to a full one, and I can “finish” again The second time being having a drastically larger effect on me, almost a euphoric feeling
I have not really been able to find an explanation of why I can do this, or how common/rare it is. Is there a percentage of the population that can do this? Have you heard of it before?

Side question, women, would you/do you find this sort of thing attractive?
